Finished distant and when asked to comment on performance rider J Missen stated the mare was second up today after a long break, and after being forced to work in the early and middle stages tired over the final 400metres. He added in his opinion DOUBLE DRAMA would derive significant benefit from today's run. A post-race Vet examination revealed superficial cuts to off fore-leg.

Jockey G. Geran reported that at the 600m after being on heels he elected to follow the eventual winner to stay in a one off position instead of electing to shift wider to obtain clear running. However at the 550m ROUGH AND RECKLESS (App. J. Hodge) shifted in when tiring resulting in SCRATCHY racing on heels, having to check and being held up until entering the home straight. |
