Bumped on jumping. Carried wider leaving the 1200m, contacted UNCLE BUD and in turn ON THE TIGHTROPE, which was trailing had to be steadied. Near the 50m, shifted out when not clear and tightened the running of UNCLE BUD.

Began awkwardly. When asked apparent improved performance, Tnr stated gelding was suited to racing on its home track and with the application of blinkers, was not overly surprised by performance.
