Rider reported that, after obtaining a favourable on pace position, her mount did not travel comfortably on the heavy track conditions throughout the early and middle stages. She said that approaching the home turn, her mount was under pressure to maintain its position, before weakening in the straight. She added that, in addition to the mare failing to handle the heavy track conditions, mount may not have appreciated the quick back up from its previous start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
