The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

HEIDI BENZ checked off the heels of ROCKAWAY BEACH approaching the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion. ROCKAWAY BEACH checked across the heels of SMASHNIAK GOLD on the turn out of the front straight resulting in interference to CHEEKY FREYER. SHOOT THRU BLUE and STARK WARNING bumped on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion. SHOOT THRU BLUE checked off the heels of STARK WARNING on the turn into the back straight. STARK WARNING raced wide in the front straight on the last occasion.
The greyhound SHOOT THRU BLUE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
KNOCKER and REALITY GHOST were slow to begin. TINY TURBO was marginally slow to begin. ANTI DENTITE and RADLEY RETURN bumped on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion. KNOCKER raced wide in the back straight. KINGSBRAE NELLY checked off the heels of ULTRA BLUE on the turn into the front straight on the last occasion. KNOCKER raced wide in the home straight.

Grade 520m
JANDINELLE and PICTURES PEARCE both jumped awkwardly as the boxes opened and were slow to begin. COSMIC SPLIT was slow to begin. JANINELLE checked off the heels of PICTURES PEARCE and lost ground shortly after the start. PICTURES PEARCE was tightened for racing room on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in this greyhound shifting out and becoming unbalanced bumping COSMIC SPLIT onto FYRE GAL onto MAGIC MAIDEN. JANDINELLE checked off the heels of COSMIC SPLIT on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion. JANDINELLE checked across the heels of FYRE GAL prior to turning into the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing considerable ground.
The greyhound COSMIC SPLIT was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 4 – 5th
Grade 520m
BEAT THE BULLET was slow to begin. LOTUS BLOSSOM was marginally slow to begin. BEAT THE BULLET was tightened for racing room on the turn out of the front straight and lost ground, resulting in this greyhound checking across the heels of SURFIN’ SUE. TWEED CHIC shifted out on the turn out of the front straight across the heels of LOTUS BLOSSOM bumping GRIN AND WIN and forced this greyhound to race wide. SURFIN’ SUE and BEAT THE BULLET bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in SURFIN’ SUE becoming unbalanced and losing ground. MAL ROSE HI and TWEED CHIC bumped heavily on the turn into the front straight. TWEED CHIC raced wide in the home straight.

3/4th Grade 520m
RENATUS was slow to begin. KNAVE and COIN OF PHRASE bumped shortly after the start resulting in interference to STELLA NIGHTS who lost ground. COIN OF PHRASE was tightened for racing room between FABULOUS STORM and KNAVE and lost ground in the front straight. KNAVE was tightened for racing room and checked off FABULOUS STORM towards the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion. SUMMER’S BIG and UP THE ATTITUDE bumped in the front straight prior to the finishing line. STELLA NIGHTS raced wide in the home straight.

Grade Final 520m
LADY ABIGAIL and MISS HUSSY were slow to begin. BLUE I AM shifted in towards the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion tightening FAST BEAN onto YADA YADA YADA. NOT THE ONE checked off BLUE I AM on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in NOT THE ONE becoming unbalanced and shifting out causing interference to FAST BEAN who lost considerable ground. DASHING MAN also suffered inconvenience out onto MISS HUSSY, who also lost ground as a result. NOT THE ONE and MISS HUSSY continued to bump out of the front straight to the turn into the back straight. FAST BEAN fell just the finishing line.
The greyhound FAST BEAN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

FARMER’S GOLD was slow to begin. FUSAICHI KAHN checked off the heels of BILL’S FANTASY and lost ground shortly after the start. BILL’S FANTASY was tightened for racing room towards the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion and lost ground. DREAM RIVER checked off the heels of KING ELLIOT on the turn out of the front straight. DREAM RIVER and IVA VISION bumped on the turn out of the front straight. IVA VISION and LATE ANGEL LEE bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to FARMER’S GOLD. FARMER’S GOLD checked off the heels of LATE ANGEL LEE prior to turning out of the back straight. KING ELLIOT and BILL’S FANTASY bumped on the turn into the front straight.

8 – Open Final 520m
The start of this race was delayed 5 minutes due to the prevailing weather conditions. This race was run in heavy rain.
CUTE TO BOOT and HOUGENIE were slow to begin. TITAN ASH was tightened for racing room on the turn out of the front straight and lost considerable ground. BIRKDALE BEAUTY checked off the heels of SPANISH QUEEN on the turn out of the back straight.

The start of this race was delayed 2 minutes due to the late start of Race 8.
HELLO STRANGER was tightened for racing room shortly after the start and lost ground. SHOT OF FEAR checked off the heels of SPOOKIE’S GIFT on the turn out of the front straight. RUPERT checked across the heels of SUPER VELO on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to KILLARA. RUPERT and HELLO STRANGER bumped on the turn into the front straight.

LILLY BELLEBIRD was slow to begin. JEBRYNAH ALLEY checked off the heels of HOPE’S FANTASY on the turn out of the front straight resulting in interference to HANNAH MARRIE. CLASSY HAZE checked across the heels of LILLY BELLEBIRD on the turn out of the back straight resulting in CLASSY HAZE bumping HANNAH MARRIE onto JEBRYNAH ALLEY into SPRINT COLARADO. SPRING COLARADO and HANNAH MARRIE bumped on the turn into the front straight.
