The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

Race 2 BRALYN AMY Injured in running, near hind toe, 28 days
Race 4 WAIKARIE WARRIOR Injured in running, near side hip, 7 days
Race 8 ABBY’S FANTASY Injured in running, near side hip, 14 days
BY THE GALLON was marginally slow to begin. FOUR WAY FINAL checked off the heels of BUTCHULLA BOY shortly after the start. BY THE GALLON raced wide into the back straight. Shortly after the start TUFF IT moved out approaching the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion bumping FOUR WAY FINAL, resulting in RUSTY’S IMAGE checking off the heels of TUFF IT. RUSTY’S IMAGE and FOUR WAY FINAL raced wide in the home straight.
GENEARL CLOUD was marginally slow to begin. PASSIVE PROTEST was tightened for racing room towards the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion and lost some ground. LADY ABIGAIL raced wide into the home straight.
The
greyhound BRALYN AMY was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near hind toe and was stood down for a period of 28 days.
Race 3 – 5th
Grade 520m
AWESOME CLOUD and CYNDIE’S MAGIC were slow to begin. CYNDIE’S MAGIC checked off the heels of ANTI DENTIE in the front straight on the 1st occasion. GET INVOLVED shifted in approaching the turn out of the front straight tightening ANTI DENTITE onto WITH A GEE, in turn onto BREATHING FIRE ,resulting in severe interference to WITH A GEE and BREATHING FIRE. Both these greyhounds lost considerable ground as a result. MR. BRAND was tightened for racing room between ANTI DENTITE and CYNDIE’S MAGIC on the turn into the home straight.
The greyhound WITH A GEE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 4 – 5th
Grade 520m
GLOBAL DEEJAY was tightened for racing room between NO CALLARATAH and THIS TIME REBA approaching the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion. THIS TIME REBA was tightened for racing room and lost ground between JAYDEN LASS and NO CALLARATAH on the turn out of the front straight. WAIKARIE WARRIOR checked off the heels of SPRING CHARLIE prior to turning into the front straight.
The
greyhound WAIKARIE WARRIOR was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to
the near side hip and was stood down for a period of 7 days.
Race 5 – 4/5th
Grade 520m
FROSTY JAY JAY was slow to begin. HOPE’S FANTASY checked off the heels of WAIKARIE MAGIC on the turn out of the front straight resulting in some inconvenienced to DYNAMITE SPEED. DYNAMITE SPEED shifted out on the turn out of the front straight causing FROSTY JAY JAY to race wide. PICTURES PEARCE and HOPE’S FANTASY bumped prior to entering the back straight. BULL TITAN checked off the heels of WAIKARIE MAGIC prior to entering the back straight. FROSTY JAY JAY checked off the heels of PICTURE PEARCE and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight. MINNESOTA NICE and PICTURES PEARCE bumped on several occasions approaching the into the turn in the front straight resulting in MINNESOTA NICE becoming unbalanced. MINNESOTA NICE and PICTURES PEARCE bumped heavily in the front straight on the last occasion.
The greyhound MINNESOTA NICE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 6 – 3/4th
Grade 520m
KING ELLIOT was slow to begin. LATE ANGEL LEE was tightened for racing room between COIN OF PHRASE and KIDATEE CROC shortly after the start. KNAVE was tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the start. HOUGENIE and KING ELLIOT bumped on the turn out of the front straight. KIDATEE CROC and LATE ANGEL LEE bumped on the turn out of the front straight. KIDATEE CROC checked off the heels of LATE ANGEL LEE on the turn into the back straight. KIDATEE CROC checked across the heels of KNAVE in the front straight on the last occasion.
Race 7 – Open Final 520m
General tightening occurred after the start resulting in FABULOUS STORM and DON’T GO QUIETLY bumping and BAGO KYSAM being tightened for racing room between ELUSIVE DESIRE and QUASI BALE. DON’T GO QUIETLY shifted out on the turn out of the front straight causing some inconvenience to QUASI BALE who in turn caused BAGO KYSAM to be inconvenienced. NO DONUTS shifted out prior to turning into the back straight, resulting in ELUSIVE DESIRE checking across its heels. ELUSIVE DESIRE checked off the heels of NO DONUTS entering the back straight. BAGO KYSAM raced onto the heels of QUASI BALE on the turn out of the back straight, resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.
Race 8 – Open Final 520m
FARMER’S GOLD was slow to begin. CYNDIE’SPECIAL was tightened for racing room between ABBY’S FANTASY and DAWKINS BALE approaching the end of the front straight on the 1st occasion. ABBY’S FANTASY checked off the heels of DREAM RIVER on the turn out of the front straight. IVA VISION checked off the heels of GRAND ROMAN on the turn into the back straight. CYNDIE’S SPECIAL and DREAM RIVER bumped on the turn into the home straight, resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced.
The
greyhound ABBY’S FANTASY was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near side hip and was stood down for a period of 14 days.
Race 9 – 5th Grade 520m
CHARIOT’S OFFIAH was tightened for racing room between LOVE KILLS and BIG DAC on the turn out of the front straight. BIRKDALE BEAUTY and TRAV’S FANTASY bumped heavily on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion, resulting in interference to LOVE KILLS and SPRING COLARADO. TRAV’S FANTASY checked off LOVE KILLS in the back straight. TRAV’S FANTASY checked off the heels of SPRING COLARADO on the turn into the front straight. NOT THE ONE raced wide into the home straight.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 520m
DON’T JOSH ME and PRINCE FREDERICK were slow to begin. KILLARA and BIRTHDAY BASH were tightened for racing room between VICTORY PRINCE and FEMME JOLIE shortly after the start. BIRTHDAY BASH and DON’T JOSH ME bumped on the turn into the home straight. PRINCE FREDERICK and DON’T JOSH ME bumped heavily just prior to the finishing line.
