GENERAL

 

The greyhound CLASSY SUSAN performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 395m in a time of 22.89.

 

The greyhound SHAYLOR CRASH performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.45.

 

The greyhound SHAYLOR DOM performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.00.

 

The greyhound ELLIE’S VOLUNTAS performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.24.

 

The greyhound GUNLOCH performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.10.

 

Race 1 – Maiden 520m

Even start with TRANSMEDIA and KOD SANNETTE slow to begin.  UNIQUE RECALL checked off MISS RUBIROSA and lost ground shortly after the start.  SMILING FRIEDA was tightened for racing room between UNIQUE RECALL and KODI SANNETTE approaching the turn out of the front straight.  KODI SANNETTE checked off the heels of TRANSMEDIA and lost ground on the turn out of the front straight.  UNIQUE RECALL raced wide on the turn out of the front straight bumping SMILING FRIEDA causing this greyhound to become unbalanced and race wide.  TRANSMEDIA raced wide on turn into the back straight.  KODI SANNETTE and SMILING FRIEDA bumped on the turn into the home straight.  UNIQUE RECALL raced wide in the home straight.

 

Race 2 – Novice 520m

CHEVALEIR NUIT was best to begin and SMASHNIAK GOLD and FOUR WAY FINAL were slow to begin.  General tightening occurred in the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in VIRUNGA and GALWAY GALE losing ground.  OUR ELITE raced onto the heels of CHEVALEIR NUIT on the turn out of the front straight resulting in CHEVALEIR NUIT losing ground and becoming unbalanced causing interference to HE WILL REIGN and SMASHNIAK GOLD.  HE WILL REIGN and SMASHNIAK GOLD bumped on the turn into the back straight.  CHEVALIER NUIT shifted out on the turn into the back straight causing interference to BOO BOO CHILD who checked across the heels of HE WILL REIGN out onto SMASHNIAK GOLD, resulting in BOO BOO CHILD contacting VIGUNGA who fell.  HE WILL REIGN raced wide in the home straight.  GALWAY GALE checked off the heels of BOO BOO CHILD on the turn out of the back straight.

 

The greyhound VIRUNGA was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 3 – Novice 520m

DARK MENACE was best to begin.  HARPER CLOUD and TOUCH OF CAJUN bumped shortly after the start resulting in TOUCH OF CAJUN losing some ground.  BRODIE’S MEMORY and WICKED PRINCE bumped on the turn out of the front straight.  BRODIE’S MEMORY checked off the heels of NOW FEAR THIS and lost ground entering the front straight.  BE ZANEY and HARPER CLOUD raced wide on the turn into the home straight.  BE ZANEY and HARBOUR CLOUD continued to race wide in the home straight.

 

Race 4 – 0 – 3 wins 600m

MARLOW TYCOON was best to begin.  SHEZ SASSY checked across the heels of TAIPAN’S TIME on the turn into the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in interference to MISS HUSSY.  WHITE MARLIN and MARLOW TYCOON bumped on the turn out of the front straight.  SHEZ SASSY raced wide on the turn into the back straight.  GIGGLING TOMMY checked off the heels of MARLOW TYCOON and lost some ground entering the back straight.  TAIPAN’S TIME, SHEZ SASSY and MISS HUSSY raced wide in the home straight on the 1st occasion.

 

Race 5 – 5th Grade 520m

FLASH ZOE was best to begin.  NEVER ENDS was slow to begin.  OUR CHALLENGE shifted out on the turn out on the front straight causing some inconvenience to JAYDEN LASS.  NEVER ENDS checked off the heels of RADLEY RETURN on the turn into the back straight.  FLASH ZOE and RADLEY RETURN bumped in the front straight just prior to the finishing line.

 

Race 6 – 4/5th Grade 520m

Even start with SUPER VELO slow.  HOW’S IT RUDE and MAGIC MAIDEN bumped shortly after the start.  Towards the end of the front straight MAGIC MAIDEN checked across the heels of HOW’S IT RUDE.  MAGIC MAIDEN checked off the heels of HOW’S IT RUDE prior to turning out of the front straight on the 1st occasion.  MAGIC MAIDEN shifted out on the turn into the back straight bumping DARE TO TELL onto CHARIOT’S OFFIAH, resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground.  DAYSEAS ASTRA checked off the heels of YADA YADA YADA and lost ground entering the back straight.  SUPER VELO checked across the heels of HOW’S IT RUDE on the turn into the home straight.

 

Race 7 – 5th Grade 600m

KILLARA was best to begin.  STARGATE SYSTEM was slow to begin.  HANNAH MARRIE and SPOOKIE’S GIFT bumped on the turn into the front straight on the 1st occasion.  HANNAH MARRIE, KILLARA and IVA VISION bumped entering the front straight on the 1st occasion, resulting in KILLARA losing ground.  KILLARA checked off the heels of SPOOKIE’S GIFT and lost ground on the turn out of the front straight resulting in some inconvenience to OXLEY RUBEY.  OXLEY RUBEY raced onto the hindquarters of SPOOKIE’S GIFT on the turn into the back straight, resulting in both greyhounds losing ground.  STELLA NIGHTS raced wide into the back straight.  MISTER TO US checked off the heels of SPOOKIE’S GIFT on the turn out of the back straight.  HANNAH MARRIE checked across the heels of STARGATE SYSTEM and lost some ground entering the home straight.

 

The greyhound MISTER TO US was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 8 – 5th Grade Final 520m

FEMME JOLIE was best to begin.  ROCKAWAY BEACH was slow to begin.  STARTIN’MONDAY checked off the heels of BLUE SCORPION and lost ground in the front straight on the 1st occasion.  BLUE SCORPION checked off the heels of PUMA CLOUD and lost ground on the turn out of the front straight.  PUMA CLOUD shifted out after turning out of the front straight checking PEPPA PIG CLOUD who lost ground as a result.  PUMA CLOUD continued to shift out bumping FAST BEAN.  ROCKAWAY BEACH raced wide on the turn into the back straight.  BLUE SCORPION checked across the heels of PUMA CLOUD on the turn into the home straight.  BLUE SCORPION and PEPPA PIG CLOUD bumped entering the home straight causing some inconvenience to PUMA CLOUD.

 

Race 9 – 5th Grade 520m

Even start.  CYCLONE CLIFFORD was tightened for racing room and lost ground between BOSS NUMBER FOUR and CONNIE’S DREAM shortly after the start.  YALINGA, BLACK MODEL and WINDSOR bumped in the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in WINDSOR losing ground.  TWICE AS NICE shifted wide on the turn out of the front straight.  WINDSOR and TWICE AS NICE raced wide on the turn into the home straight.  BLACK MODEL and CYCLONE CLIFFORD bumped heavily just prior to the finishing line.

 

Race 10 – 4/5th Grade 395m

TEQUILLA SWINGER was slow to begin.  GIRL DODO checked off the heels of DAYSEAS COSMO on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to DIAMOND OSPREY and FASHION ADVICE.  GIRL DODO checked off the heels of VILLAINOUS and lost ground in the back straight.  GIRL DODO checked across the heels of TEQUILLA SWINGER on the turn into the front straight.  TEQUILLA SWINGER raced wide in the home straight.
