The greyhound LEADFOOT JODY performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.73.

 

The greyhound LAKODA BUTTONS performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.40.

 

The greyhound ITALIAN MAGIC performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.09.

 

The greyhound SASHA’S DESIRE performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.58.

 

The greyhound NARUTO performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.66.

 

There was no head on camera in the home straight for all races.

 

Race 1 – Maiden Final 520m

FLASHING FEAR and BELLA CRUSADER were best to begin with OLD HARRY ROCKS slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight LEGACY CHIEF checked off the heels of BELLA CRUSADER.  On the turn out of the home and back straights OLD HARRY ROCKS was wide.  Entering the turn into the home straight OLD HARRY ROCKS and MUMBLES collided.  Approaching the line OLD HARRY ROCKS checked off the heels of LEGACY CHIEF.

 

Race 2 – Novice 520m

DARCY’S CURSE was best to begin with JAKE VALE and SMASHNIAK MARS slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight GIRL DODO, IMA COWBOY and JAKE VALE all collided forcing JAKE VALE wide.  On the turn out of the home straight YES GERONOMO and IMA COWBOY collided.  In the back straight ROSABEL was wide.   In the home straight SMASHNIAK MARS was wide.

 

The greyhound SMASHNIAK MARS was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 3 – Novice 520m

GOLD ZIVA and DOOLEY’S SPRITE were best to begin with SPECIAL VISION slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight GEE DAFFY and BING VALE collided.  Entering the turn into the back straight BING VALE checked off the heels of GEE DAFFY.  In the back straight BING VALE was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight BELLA LEE and BING VALE collided forcing GEE DAFFY wide.  In the home straight GEE DAFFY was wide.

 

The greyhound SPECIAL VISION was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 4 – 4/5th Grade 395m

This race was delayed due to an international thoroughbred race.

 

Even start with MAYWYN OODLES slowly away.  On the turn into the back straight SHYAN YAHOO and SKYE BRIDGE collided.  In the back straight MAYWYN OODLES was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight PREMIER PLAYER and SKYE BRIDGE collided causing PREMIER PLAYER to hit the running rail and take no further competitive part in the event.  On the top turn and home straight MAYWYN OODLES was wide.

 

The greyhound PREMIER PLAYER was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 5 – 0 – 3 Wins 600m

Even start with GUNNA WINK slowly away.  Soon after the start BRALYN CHARLIE and GALWAY GALE collided.  In the home straight ALL FORCE was wide.  On the turn out of the home straight on the 1st occasion GUNNA WINK checked off the heels of SHE’S GOT ISSUES.  In the back straight ALL FORCE was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight SMASHNIAK GOLD and EBONY’S SECRET collided.  On the turn into the home straight BRALYN CHARLIE checked off the heels of GUNNA WINK with ALL FORCE wide.

 

The greyhound BRALYN CHARLIE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 6 – 5th Grade 520m

YOUR DEAL and SPRITELY CHARM were best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Soon after the start YALINGA, ASTOUND YA, ROCKY BE GOOD and ANTI DENTITE all collided.  Entering the turn out of the home straight ASTOUND YA checked off the heels of ROCKY BE GOOD.  On the turn out of the home straight ROCKY BE GOOD and YALINGA collided.  In the back and home straights DAYSEAS RIGG was wide.

 

The greyhound ROCKY BE GOOD was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 7 – 4/5th Grade 520m

GET A LIFEBOUY and ULTRA BLUE were best to begin with CHEEKY FREYER and VELOCITY SPICE slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight on the 1st occasion PASSIVE PROTEST checked off the heels of BLACK COBIA.  On the turn out of the home and back straights ULTRA BLUE was wide.

 

Race 8 – 5th Grade Final 520m

Even start with THERE SHE WAS slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight on the 1st occasion COLLIDER GIRL and INSIDE PASS collided.  On the turn out of the home straight THERE SHE WAS was wide.  Entering the turn into the home straight COLLIDER GIRL and SILKY OAK collided.  In the home straight COLLIDER GIRL was wide.

 

Race 9 – 5th Grade 520m

AZARIAH was best to begin with MISS RUBIROSA slowly away.  Soon after the start MISS RUBIROSA crossed to the inside.  Entering the turn out of the home straight on the 1st occasion VELOCITY ELLE and MY EYES ONLY collided.  On the turn out of the home straight OUR CHALLENGE and MISS RUBIROSA collided.  Through the catching pen area MY EYES ONLY and KINGSBRAE LOONEY collided.  In the home straight VELOCITY ELLE was wide.

 

The greyhound VELOCITY ELLE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 10 – 5th Grade 520m

ASHLEY BELLE was best to begin with DIRTY DESSA slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight IN THE PICTURE and DIRTY DESSA collided with SNAKE GULLY checking off the heels of DOOLEY’S FIT causing SNAKE GULLY to check WESTERN HONEY forcing WESTERN HONEY wider on the turn.  Entering the back straight IN THE PICTURE and SNAKE GULLY collided.  On the turn out of the back straight SNAKE GULLY checked off the heels of IN THE PICTURE.
