Even start. Soon after the start YAMANTO, SHEZA SENSATION and VELOCITY MYSTIC all raced tight and bumping causing SHEZA SENSATION to drop to the rear. On the turn out of the home straight VELOCITY MYSTIC and GLENALLON ZULU collided forcing GLENALLON ZULU wide. In the back straight YAMANTO checked off the heels of OREO DELICIOUS. Entering the turn out of the back straight SHEZA SENSATION checked off the heels of YAMANTO. Entering the home straight VELOCITY MYSTIC and GLENALLON ZULU collided with OREO DELIGHT wide.
The greyhound SHAZA SENSATION was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. Trainer representative stated that they didn’t support the greyhound and that the greyhound only trialled post to post and not out of the boxes, the greyhound got squeezed and they were disappointed with the greyhound’s performance.
DARCYS FANTASY and OREO DELIGHT were best to begin with MISS BECKY SAM slowly away. Soon after the start BOGIE BEKIM checked off the heels of OREO DELIGHT. Approaching the winning post on the 1st occasion FLASHING FEAR and BOGIE BEKIM collided causing BOGIE BEKIM to check off the heels of DARCYS FANTASY. On the turn out of the home straight DARCYS FANTASY and FLASHING FEAR collided causing FLASHING FEAR to check AVID LAD and MISS BECKY SAM. In the back straight and top turn FLASHING FEAR was wide. Entering the home straight AVID LAD checked off the heels of FLASHING FEAR. In the home straight DARCYS FANTASY was wide. Approaching the finishing line FLASHING FEAR and AVID LAD collided.

SHYAN YAHOO was best to begin with LORRY DRYVA slowly away. Entering the turn out of the home straight MISS GLENREAGH checked off the heels of HEAD SHY causing HEAD SHY to shift out checking ALPHA ADONIS, causing these 2 greyhounds wide on the turn. Entering the back straight HEAD SHY checked off the heels of ALPHA ADONIS. In the back straight RUSTY’S IMAGE was wide. In the home straight RUSTY’S IMAGE and ALPHA ADONIS were wide.

AZARIAH was best to begin with PEBBLE BAY slowly away. On the turn out of the home and back
straights PEBBLE BAY was wide. In the
back straight TEXAS TEE checked off the heels of SMASHNIAK CLASS causing
SMASHNIAK CLASS to check MR. CODY. In
the home straight PEBBLE BAY was wide.
The greyhound SMASHNIAK CLASS was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

BLUE TARTAN and VICTORY PRINCE were best to begin with the remainder evenly away. Soon after the start VICTORY PRINCE shifted out checking VELOCITY SHIRL and GRIN AND WIN causing GRIN AND WIN to check CYNDIE’S MAGIC. Entering the back straight TOBIAS RUMBLE checked off the heels of VICTORY PRINCE. In the back straight MACIE’S DINGO was wide. Entering the top turn GEORGINA checked off the heels of TOBIAS RUMBLE. In the home straight VICTORY PRINCE was wide.
The greyhound MACIE’S DINGO was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

ABBY’S MAGIC and BUTCHULLA BOY were best to begin with CY TOLLIVER slowly away. Soon after the start CY TOLLIVER shifted to the outside and race wide in the home straight. On the turn out of the home straight ABBY’S MAGIC, WAIKARIE MAGIC and FABULOUS BILL all raced tight and bumped with CY TOLLIVER wide. Entering the back straight COSMIC BOSS checked off the heels of WAIKARIE MAGIC. In the back straight CY TOLLIVER was wide. Entering the home straight ABBY’S MAGIC checked off the heels of BUTCHULLA BOY with CY TOLLIVER wide.
Race 7 – 5th Grade 600m
Even start with HOUINDEED slowly away. Entering the home straight on the 1sdt occasion WHAT A THURSDAY and PROUD AS PUNCH collided with MOCHA LATTE wide in the home straight. Entering the turn out of the home straight JUST LIKE TINA checked off the heels of MOCHA LATTE. Entering the back straight MINNIE IMPACT checked off the heels of PROUD AS PUNCH. Entering the turn out of the back straight PROUD AS PUNCH checked off the heels of HOUINDEED.
The greyhound WHAT A THURSDAY was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 8 – 5th Grade 600m
TARKS BLACK ROSE was best to begin with the remainder evenly away. Soon after the start DARCY’S CURSE and SMASHNIAK GOLD collided. Entering the turn into the home straight NORM THE STORM and MAGIC KITCHEN collided causing MAGIC KITCHEN to check MARLUCA. In the home straight on the 1st occasion SARAJEVO GIRL was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight SMASHNIAK GOLD checked off the heels of MARLUCA causing MARLUCA to check DARCY’S CURSE. On the turn into the home straight MARLUCA was wide.
Race 9 – 5th Grade 520m
CLASSY BARCY and ROSABEL were best to begin with MASTER CODY slowly away. Entering the turn out of the home straight IRINKA SHANE and EL CHAD collided. On the turn VEGAS BOUND, ALPHA ARES and MUGGED ON TOUR all collided causing MUGGED ON TOUR to race wide. Approaching the turn into the back straight MASTER CODY checked off the heels of IRINKA SHANE. Entering the back straight EL CHAD checked off the heels of CLASSY BARCY. In the back straight IRINKA SHANE checked off the heels of EL CHAD. Entering the home straight ROSABEL turned its head outwards and marred CLASSY BARCY making muzzle contact causing these 2 greyhounds to race wide into the home straight.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. R Palmer that the greyhound ROSABEL would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 520m
OXELY RUBEY was best to begin with BIG DAC slowly away. Entering the turn out of the home straight TRAV’S MAGIC and VEUVE collided causing VEUVE to check LORIAN ADITI forcing that greyhound wide. Entering the back straight TRAV’S MAGIC checked off the heels of BREMER. Entering the top turn VEUVE checked off the heels of TRAV’S MAGIC. In the home straight BIG DAC was wide.
