The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.
Race 8 SHAYLOR SAM

The greyhound GOOD CALL PAUL performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 1 over the distance of 395m in a time of 22.82.
The greyhound HAPPY HASWELL performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 1 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.17.
The greyhound IMA PACEMAN performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 1 over the distance of 395m in a time of 23.02.
The greyhound BOSS HUGO performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 331m in a time of 19.13.
SOCIAL CLIMBER, MOET GIRL and ELITE BLUE BOY were all slow to begin. Into the 1st turn SOCIAL CLIMBER checked off heels, became unbalanced. MOET GIRL and ELITE BLUE BOY which were following were both inconvenienced and lost ground. Leaving the 1st turn REGAL KNIGHT improved onto the heels of PANTS PIRATE losing its position. Approaching the back turn NEV’S MATE bumped SHAYLOR SKEETER wide on the track. REGAL KNIGHT and MOET GIRL bumped several times over the concluding stages.
SNOW BEAR, FAITH IN STU and SHAYLOR HULA were all slow to begin. Into the 1st turn PAVLYUCHENKOVA was tightened for room and lost ground. In the same part of the track FAITH IN STU checked off the heels of SHAYLOR HULA. Rounding the home turn SNOW BEAR shifted out forcing SHAYLOR HULA wider on the track.
Race 3 – Maiden Heat 3 395m
PINOT NOIR was slow to begin. In the 1st turn COMFORT THE BULL, BENMESSO and PINOT NOIR all suffered interference and lost ground. Rounding the home turn FANCY THURSDAY raced wide. Over the final stages VAL ROSE HI shifted in tightening BLACKWOOD BURST.
Race 4 – Maiden Final 395m
FAST DANCER was best to begin.
HECTOR THE GREAT was slowest.
Leaving the 1st turn DESPERADO BOY checked off the heels of
HANSON TOM and lost ground. SOUTH BRIDGE
which was following was also inconvenienced in this incident. In the back straight HECTOR THE GREAT checked
across the heels of SPARLING SHELL and lost ground. DESPERADO BOY and SOUTH BRIDGE both raced
wide for the majority.
Race 5 – Novice 395m
Even start. Into the 1st turn COSMIC SIZE and TINIE TEMPAH were tightened losing their positions. Approaching the back turn HARA’S HAWK shifted in resulting in KIMAHRI RONSO clipping heels and losing ground. TINIE TEMPAH and HARA’S HAWK raced wide in the front and home straights.
Race 6 – Novice 395m
BLUEY’S SHOUT was slow to begin. Shortly after FABULOUS TRAV was hampered and lost ground. Leaving the 1st turn BLUEY’S SHOUT checked across the heels of ELL’S ALL CLASS losing its position. Through the back turn BLUEY’S SHOUT was held up for clear running. FABULOUS TRAV raced wide throughout.
Race 7 – 4/5th Grade 395m
Even start. Approaching the back turn CLASSY SUSAN improved onto the heels of FABULOUS WALL resulting in both greyhounds losing ground rounding the home turn. DIAMOND OSPREY checked across the heels of FABULOUS WALL and became unbalanced. On straightening for home CLASSY SUSAN checked across the heels of DIAMOND OSPREY. MIDNIGHT OWL which was racing to the outside and was bumped and taken wider.
Race 8 – 5th Grade Final 395m
Even start. Into the 1st turn SHAYLOR CLEDUS and SHAYLOR SAM were tight resulting in SHAYLOR SAM being severely checked and losing considerable ground. In the back straight SHOTOTSU blundered and lost ground. Approaching the back turn SHOTOTSU shifted out inconveniencing OKA’S ANGEL taking it wider on the track.
The greyhound SHAYLOR SAM was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 9 – 5th Grade 395m
AZTEC FLASH was slow to begin. Leaving the 1st turn ALPHA MIMOS shifted out making heavy contact with FABULOUS GARY. Both greyhounds were inconvenienced and lost ground. ALPHA MIMOS and BELLA BEE both raced wide throughout.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 395m
BRALYN AMY and ROYAL ALBERT were both slow to begin. Approaching the back turn BAY OF SPRITE was tightened and severely checked EGPYTIAN LASS which was following was inconvenienced in this incident. DAVID’S MEMORY raced wide throughout. BRALYN AMY raced wide rounding the home turn and over the final stages.
