Race 1             earn a quid

 

The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

GENERAL

 

 

Race 1 – Maiden 460m

Jump da gun and ima rippa jumped first and Maximus aurelius missed the jump, clear after the start but around the first turn earn a quid checked the back of where’s me, clear past the catching pen and back straight. Past the 720m boxes earn a quid was dropping off the back of the field. Around the home turn and finish straight ima rippa ran wide. After the race earn a quid was sent to the vet but no injuries were found.

 

Race 2 – Novice 460m

Red gun won the start, field clear after the jump, field tightened in turn 1, clear past the catching pen, past the 720m boxes el mufasa was wide and stayed wide for remainder of the race, around the home turn and onto the finish straight coming in hot went wide also.

 

Race 3 – 5th Grade 460m

Za za Zara jumped first, field was clear after the jump and through turn 1, past the catching pen cambla lover was wide, down the back straight za za zara dropped back through the field and Mistys charger made up several positions. Clear around BG turn and 550m corner, along the finish straight cambla lover and foxy in blue were wide.

 

Race 4 –5th Grade 460m

Even start and clear through first corner, MERLIN’S SPRINT was leading at the catching pen, clear through back straight, CALL YA BACK and RADLEY’S JACKPOT went wide at 720m boxes , clear into home turn.

 

Race 5 – 5th Grade 460m

Even start into first corner, MISS CHARM and SIR ANGELO were tight through the corner. Clear through back straight with ZIVA ZAFONIC in the lead, tight through Mobile corner and clear through 550m corner. MISS CHARM and ZIVA ZAFONIC went wide.

 

Race 6 – 5th Grade 460m

Even start with LICKETY SPLIT last to leave the boxes, clear after the jump, tight field through first corner, and single file through back straight with ALL ABOUT HOPE wide at the 720m boxes, clear through home corner and finishing straight.

 

Race 7 – 4/5th Grade 550m

Even start and clear down straight, TAYLOR SHOT checked off OUR MONEY MAKER forcing TAYLOR SHOT wide, clear past catching pen and down the back straight, clear through home corner and home straight.

 

Race 8 – 3/4th Grade 460m

Even start and clear into first corner, field tight through corner with MONSIEUR CAMBLA out wide, clear throughout rest of race.
