The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

Race 1 HUBRISTIC Injured in running, off side hip, 10 days

Race 2 KING ROCKSTAR Injured in running, off side hip, 10 days

Race 5 GIVE ME TIME Injured in running, near hind, 21 days

GENERAL

Race 1 – Maiden 410m

MAGTIC WISP was the best to begin. PUNGUSHE and ZOEY’S FRIEND bumped heavily on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to HUBRISTIC. All three greyhounds lost considerable ground as a result.

Race 2 – 5^th Grade 410m

MALIAN REIGN was the best to begin. TITO and WILDASH MONTE bumped prior to turning into the back straight. ELLY NORA was tightened for racing room between MALIAN REIGN and LEE LARNI entering the back straight resulting in ELLY NORA being checked and losing ground causing interference to TITO and WILDASH MONTE. KING ROCKSTAR knuckled over in the back straight and shifted in causing interference to ELLY NORA. KING ROCKSTAR continued to lose ground to finish a distant last. A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed a hip injury.

Race 3 – 5^th Grade 410m

PRINCE OF DOOM was the best to begin. SPRING CLOVER was slow to begin. EARLY SHOW checked off PRINCE OF DOOM and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. SPRING CLOVER checked off WILDASH PLUMBOB and lost some ground in the back straight. EARLY SHOW checked off the heels of PRINCE OF DOOM prior to turning into the front straight. EARLY SHOW shifted out on the turn into the front straight forcing TOKALON HOTSHOT to race wide.

Race 4 – 5^th Grade 410m

WESTOVER was inspected by the veterinarian prior to the race and was passed fit to start. OUR MADAM was the best to begin. CALL ME CHARLES and WILDASH WHISPER bumped on several occasions from the start to the first turn. WESTOVER checked off SMART CHIC and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. SMART CHIC continued to shift in resulting in WILDASH WHISPER being checked causing interference to COSMIC LAMP. CALL ME CHARLES and COSMIC LAMP raced wide in the home straight.

Race 5 – 4^th Grade 410m

FULL BLOWN was the best to begin. ETOPIA was slow to begin. GIVE ME TIME checked off STARZAR GOLD and lost ground prior to turning into the back straight. PURE BEKIM checked off STARZAR GOLD and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. GIVE ME TIME continued to lose ground to finish a distant last. A veterinary examination of the greyhound revealed a near hind muscle injury. CHECK THE WING checked off the heels of STARZAR GOLD in the back straight causing interference to ETOPIA. PURE BEKIM raced wide in the home straight.

Race 6 – Best 8 410m

Even start with FROM THE TAP marginally slow to begin. General tightening occurred on the turn into the back straight resulting in GOT IT WRONG, RAILROAD ROCKET, SNAKE PROOF and SHAKE YOUR BOOTY losing ground. RAILROAD ROCKET checked off the heels of FEARS THE WORD on the turn into the front straight. GOT IT WRONG, FOUR PAWZA POWER and FEARS THE WORD raced wide in the home straight.
