The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

Race 2 FLASHMAN SAM Injured in running, off side hip, 28 days
ARCTIC KING and BOEHRINGER began well. Shortly after NOSMO KING collided heavily with ROCKING RONNY. In this incident ROCKING RONNY shifted inwards checking the running of GAGAN LASSOO.
Shortly after the start SMART HORNET shifted inwards. At the same time BELLA BEE shifted outwards tightening the running of CIVIL LASS. Passing the 200m mark SMART HORNET shifted across the track getting onto the heels of FLASHMAN SAM. Shortly after FLASHMAN SAM became unbalanced and lost ground. Passing the 100m mark HYDROGEN and LOCH BEN were racing tight.

3 – 5th Grade 366m
Shortly after the start GLENOIT shifted inwards colliding heavily with RATATAT which became unbalanced. Passing the 300m mark MAXWELL RUMBLE shifted across the track checking off the heels of GLENOIT. Passing the 200m mark GLENOIT shifted across the track of its own accord tightening the running of SPRING CALIBER and FLASH GORAN. Approaching the finishing line both GLENOIT and JIMMY WHO were racing tight.
Stewards spoke to the trainer of MOONLIGHT TYCOON Mr. C Mutton regarding the greyhound’s actions in the catching pen. Mr. Mutton was advised the greyhound would now require 2 catchers and the registration papers were endorsed.

4 – 4/5th Grade 366m
SMART SPIRIT was slow away. At the same time BARCIA BLUE shifted outwards checking CRANKSHAFT. Passing the 200m mark WALLY’S WAY and CRANKSHAFT were racing tight and bumping for some considerable distance.

BEAR FOR BREAKY began well and shifted across the track of its own accord. Passing the 200m mark BEAR FOR BREAKY and HER STORY were racing tight.

GOLDEN LOTUS was slow to begin then shifted across the track to the inside of its own accord. Passing the 300m mark EAT LESS CAKE got onto the heels of AGENT ROMANOFF.

FAMECHON was slow to begin. At the same time SCORPION QUEEN shifted inwards checking the running of GUNNA WINK. Passing the 200m mark GUNNA WINK shifted across the track checking off the heels of GLASS.

MAJOR JACKPOT began well. Passing the 300m mark JIMMY BRUTE and TASER SHOCK were racing tight.
