VETERINARY EXAMINATIONS

The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

GENERAL

The greyhound CHASIN’ JASEN performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 366m in a time of 20.59 and cleared straight tracks only.

Race 1 – Maiden 366m

GLEBE KID began well.

Race 2 – Maiden 366m

Shortly after the start NOSMO KING shifted in checking the running of BOEHRINGER. At the same time GOD GIRL JANICE began well and shifted across the track of its own accord. Passing the 100m mark BOEHRINGER shifted across the track checking off the heels of TRICODE ALL SHOW. Approaching the finishing line CLAYBRO NINJA and BOEHRINGER were racing tight.

The greyhound NOSMO KING was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Race 3 – Novice 366m

SQUIRT ROSE HI and GAAN ELL were slow to begin. Approaching the 100m mark MADAM MEDUSA shifted outwards checking the running of GAGAN ELL. In this incident GAGAN ELL became unbalanced.

Race 4 – 5^th Grade Heat 1 366m

Even start. Shortly after MORE FOR YOU and CY TOLLIVER raced tight. Passing the 200m mark DIANNE’S PEARL and SINUK were racing tight. Approaching the 100m mark SINUK shifted inward checking off the heels of DIANNE’S PEARL.

Race 5 – 5^th Grade Heat 2 366m

Shortly after the start MOKO ROSE HI shifted inwards checking COLD HARD TRUTH. At the same time WILD ELITE shifted out checking MOCHA LATTE. Approaching the 200m mark BARCIA BLUE shifted across the track checking the running of WILD ELITE. In this incident both greyhounds were bumping for some considerable distance.

Race 6 – 5^th Grade Heat 3 366m

Even start. Passing the 300m mark RAGING THUNDER and HOLYWOOD ROSE HI were racing tight.

Race 7 – 5^th Grade 366m

Shortly after the start GAGAN NANCY shifted out checking MISS JAX. At the same time CIVIL LASS shifted in tightening MOTORIN’ CIDER. Approaching the 200m CIVIL LASS shifted across the track tightening the running of SISTA TASHA and FYRE GAL. approaching the finishing line CIVIL LASS and FYRE GAL raced tight.

Race 8 – 3/4^th Grade 366m

Even start. Approaching the 200m mark MISS JACKPOT and WAZZA KING were racing tight. In this incident WAZZA KING became unbalanced.
