Race 1 - CAPALABA CAR WORLD MDNPW 366m

1 Len Has Zen – Shifted in leaving the 200m making head and muzzle contact with another runner to its inside. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards invoked GAR123 Marring and stood down Len Has Zen for 28 days at Capalaba. The greyhound will need to pass a satisfactory trial prior to any future nomination being accepted.  

Race 2 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN 366m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 3 - WYNNUM HAULAGE GRADE 6 (1) 366m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 4 - AMJ ENGINEERING & FABRICATION GRADE 6 (2) 366m

2 Forge Ahead – Showed signs of aggression towards another runner in the catching pen. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Peter Young and advised him that the greyhound must have 2 x catches for future race starts.

5 Lil Missy – Bumped by another runner shortly after the start. Shortly after faltered in its action taking no further part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hip support and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 5 - SWOOSH FINANCE GRADE 5 (1) 366m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 6 - COM A.V. COMMS AUDIO VISUAL INSTALLS GRADE 5 (2) 366m

7 Striking Miss – Bumped with another runner at the 300m. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination that revealed a minor spike wound to the off-hind leg. No stand down time was given by the on-course veterinarian.

Race 7 - RACE REVOLUTION TIMING SYSTEMS GRADE 5 366m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 8 - ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT MIXED 4/5 366m

7 Hara’s Donny – Faltered in its action at the 200m taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside tibia and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 90 days. Trainer Kylie Raines was advised the greyhound must trial prior to racing next.

Race 9 - WWW.ONTHECLOCK.COM.AU MA5 (1) 366m

6 Gentlemen Jack – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.

8 Emerald Dragon – Severely checked at the 100m losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 10 - TREVOR MCSHERRY CLASSIC MA5 (2) 366m

3 Gloria’s Legacy – Weakened in the concluding stages of the race to finish last. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

Race 11 – ANNUAL PEST MANAGEMENT PATHWAYS HEAT 1 5PW 366m

6 Blue Rambler – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start. Faltered in its action at the 300m and took no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hip support and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 28 days. The greyhound must trial prior to any future nomination being accepted. Trainer Will Warner advised Stewards that after spending time on the greyhound trying to overcome injury, Mr Warner will retire Blue Rambler after today’s run.

8 Class Of Twenty – Underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and was passed fit to start.

Race 12 - WYNNUM HAULAGE PATHWAYS HEAT 2 5PW 366m
