CHARMING GIRL and MEADOW COURT were best to begin with ALMOST DODGY slowly away. Entering the back straight MEADOW COURT checked off the heels of COSMIC TRAIL. On the top turn MEADOW COURT was wide. Entering the home straight ALMOST DODGY and MEADOW COURT were wide.
The greyhound RYLI’S RANGA was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
The
greyhound MEADOW COURT was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near side hip and was stood down for a period of 10 days.
The greyhound RYLI’S RAMGO was vetted pre race and no apparent injuries were found.
FEARLESS DUK and KIRI BELLE were best to begin with RED SAPHIRE slowly away. In the back straight DASHIGN DESIGN and MAGIC TOFF were wide. Entering the top turn EAT MORE CAKE checked off the heels of FEARLESS DUK causing EAT MORE CAKE to check DON’T TELL. On the top turn RED SAPHIRE checked off the heels of MAGIC TOFF. In the home straight MAGIC TOFF and DASHING DESIGN were wide.
Race 3 – Novice

IMA SUAREZ was best to begin with THREE HAT CHEF slowly away. Soon after the start THREE HAT CHEF and MARLON MCKAY collided. In the back straight GRANDULLON was wide. On the top turn ROB’S ME MATE was wide. In the home straight GARRY JACK and GRANDULLON were wide.
The
greyhound THREE HAT CHEF was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near side hip and was stood down for a period of 14 days.
Race 4 – Novice

Even start with BLACK MODEL slowly away. Entering the back straight MISS FELIX, BLACK MODEL and MARLOW TYCOON all collided causing BLACK MODEL to drop back to the rear. In the back straight NEVER THE TRUTH was wide. On the top turn NANNA DUK checked off the heels of NEVER THE TRUTH. In the home straight BLACK MODEL was wide.
The greyhound MARLOW TYCOON was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Race 5 – 5th
Grade Heat 1 431m
MR. HOPPINS and FULL OF ATTITUDE were best to begin with PEARLS ANGEL slowly away. Entering the back straight VELOCETTE LANE checked off the heels of LANCASTER ROSE causing VELOCETTE LANE to check PEARLS ANGEL. In the back straight PEARLS ANGEL was wide. Into the home straight PEARLS ANGEL and CHLOE BENZ were wide.
The
greyhound VELOCETTE LANE was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10
days.

4/5th Grade Final 431m
LOTUS BLOSSOM was best to begin with YOUR DEAL slowly away. Soon after the start LORD HOUSINGTON and KATE’S CRASH collided. Entering the back straight NOT LIKE TOMMY and GIGGLING BEACH collided causing GIGGLING BEACH to check BAY OF SPRITE. In the home straight BAY OF SPRITE and GIGGLING BEACH collided.
The
greyhound KATE’S CRASH was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
off fore toe and was stood down for a period of 28 days.
The
greyhound GIGGLING BEACH was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near hind toe and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

7 – 4/5th Grade 520m
MAJESTIC SEINE was best to begin with GLASS slowly away. Entering the turn out of the home straight LUKAKU and BLACK PARADOX collided forcing BLACK PARADOX wide. On the top turn LUKAKU was wide. In the home straight MAJESTIC SEINE was wide.
The greyhound BLACK PARADOX was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Even start. Entering the back straight STRONG STANLEY and GRAND ATTITUDE collided causing GRAND ATTITUDE to check OSKAR DA POOCH. In the back straight SNOWBALL BOB was wide. Entering the top turn JUST VEE and MAYWYN’S ACE collided. In the home straight MAYWYN’S ACE was wide.

9 – 5th Grade Heat 2 431m
BOUNCER BENZ and FAR FROM FEAR were best to begin with MY LUXS ALIVE slowly away. Entering the turn into the back straight MAYWN’S POPPER and CELS PRIDE collided with MY LUXS ALIVE wide in the back straight. On the top turn MY LUXS ALIVE checked off the heels of MAYWYN’S POPPER. Entering the home straight SPRING ELIZA and MAYWYN’S POPPER collided causing MAYWYN’S POPPER to check GETTIN’ NOVA IT. Entering the finishing line GETTIN’ NOVA IT turned its head inwards and marred MAYWYN’S POPPER.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Pearce that the greyhound GETTIN’ NOVA IT would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks.

10 – 5th Grade Heat 3 431m
Even start with SHEEP SHAPE and SONIC REDUCER slowly away. Entering the back straight HALCYON HONEY, HOPPING HOUDINI and LUNAR QUEEN all collided. In the back straight HOPPING HOUDINI was wide. On the top turn SONIC REDUCER and YOU ESS MARSHALL collided. In the home straight MAIG KITCHEN was wide.
