The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

GENERAL

 

 

Race 1 – Maiden 431m

KASEY DUK was best to begin.  MISS MAGNOLIA and SPRING ESTELLE were slow to begin.  Shortly after the start MISS MAGNOLIA and SPRING ESTELLE raced tight and bumped.  Racing through the catching pen HOBO JANE shifted in severely checking the running of MISS MAGNOLIA and SPRING ESTELLE.  Shortly after MISS MAGNOLIA shifted out abruptly severely checking the running of SPRING ESTELLE forcing it wide.  Racing down the back straight EAT MORE CAKE shifted in checking the running of OUR ELITE.  Shortly after KASEY DUK was checked severely when racing between OUR ELITE and HOBO JANE, both of this shifted.  FOCUS ME who was following was inconvenienced and lost ground.

 

The greyhound MISS MAGNOLIA was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 2 – Maiden 520m

NIL ALL DRAW was slow to begin.  Racing passed the winning post on the 1st occasion MILDUE shifted in checking the running of NAT MAN.  Racing towards the 1st turn VISIONARY shifted in checking the running of HAZY GAZE.  Racing through the catching pen NIL ALL DRAW shifted out and raced wide.  Shortly after NAT MAN shifted in checking the running of VISIONARY.  Racing towards the home straight on the final occasion DITTO shifted out off the heels of HAZY GAZE and ran wide.

 

Race 3 – Maiden 520m

SUNNYSIDE JAY was slow to begin.  Racing in the home straight on the 1st occasion REMO DANCER shifted in checking the running of BOGIE ROCK.  Racing passed the winning post on the 1st occasion SMILING FRIEDA was checked when racing between BOGIE ROCK and SUNNYSIDE JAY.  Racing through the catching pen DEVELOPER shifted out off the heels of SAHARA GIRL and bumped heavily with BOGIE ROCK who was racing to its outside.  Racing towards the home straight  DEVELOPER shifted out and bumped with REMO DANCER, forcing this greyhound wide.

 

Race 4 – Novice 431m

TOURMALINE was best to begin.  Shortly after the FAMECHON shifted in checking the running of both SPLIT IT and OVIE’S RAGING.  Racing through the catching pen FAMECHON improved onto the heels of TOURMALINE and shifted out abruptly checking the running of MOONSTONE MAGIC who was racing to its outside.  Racing down the back straight AUSSIE OZZIE shifted out and raced wide.  Racing through the top turn FAMECHON improved onto the heels of LIL’ BIT COUNTRY losing ground and then shifting out wide on the track.

 

Race 5 – Novice 520m

THERE SHE WAS was best to begin.  Racing through the catching pen GARRY JACK shifted in severely checking the running of BE ZANEY.  Racing in the home straight on the final occasion THERE SHE WAS shifted out bumping heavily with EL KHOBAR causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced and lose ground.

 

Race 6 – 5th Grade 431m

MR. TRANSPORTER and FENRIR were slow to begin.  Racing through the catching pen LONE GUN shifted in severely checking the running of MR. BANDALARUS.  Shortly after FENRIR shifted out checking the running of both MR. TRANSPORTER and YUKON MAN, causing both greyhounds to become severely unbalanced and lose ground.  Racing through the top turn IMA SUAREZ improved onto the heels of CREDIT LIMIT then shifted out.  Shortly after FENRIR shifted out off the heels of IMA SUAREZ and checked the running of MR. BANDALARUS who was following causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced and lose ground.

 

Race 7 – 5th Grade Heat 1 520m

CERVELO was very slow to begin.  Racing in the home straight on the 1st occasion TOUCH OF CAJUN shifted in checking the running of RIZZINI.  Racing passed the winning post on the 1st occasion TOUCH OF CAJUN shifted in checking the running of FYRE GAL who was racing to its inside.  Shortly after RIZZINI shifted out bumping the hindquarters of CERVELO causing this greyhound to become severely unbalanced and lose ground.  Racing through the top turn TOUCH OF CAJUN shifted out off the heels of FYRE GAL.  Shortly after RIZZINI who was following improved onto the heels of TOUCH OF CAJUN causing this greyhound to become severely unbalanced and lose ground.

 

The greyhound TOUCH OF CAJUN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 8 – 5th Grade Heat 2 520m

HOLYWOOD ROSE HI and MR. HOPPINS were best to begin.  Racing passed the winning post on the 1st occasion WHITE MARLIN and GRIN AND WIN shifted out and raced wide.  Racing in the home straight on the final occasion MR. HOPPINS and WHITE MARLIN raced tight and bumped.  Racing towards the wining post on the final occasion MR. HOPPINS and GRIN AND WIN raced tight and bumped.

 

Race 9 – 5th Grade 431m

ZIPPING MANI was slow to begin.  Racing through the catching pen OSKAR DA POOCH shifted out checking the running of FREDDIE FINCH, HABANA FLEX and CANE D’ORO causing all greyhounds to become unbalanced and lose ground.  Racing through the top turn ZIPPING MANI shifted out and lost ground. Racing towards the winning post on the final occasion FREDDIE FINCH shifted in bumping with OSKAR DA POOCH.

 

The greyhound ZIPPING MANI was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 10 – 5th Grade 431m

VICKI ROSE HI was best to begin.  FALSH HOUDINI was slow to begin.  Racing through the catching pen BLUE OPINION, ELITE DESSA, HIGHLIFE and FLASH HOUDINI were all checked to varying degrees when racing between ULTIMATE STAR and GREYSTOKE BOY, both of which shifted.  Racing down the back straight HIGHLIFE shifted out and raced wide.  Racing towards the end of the back straight FLASH HOUDINI shifted in checking the running of SEEYA HONEY.
