The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

The greyhound KAHUNA WEST performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 520m in a time of 30.94 and is now cleared to nominate all tracks except Ipswich until after 24 July 2015.
The greyhound BOMBAY ROLLER failed a Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 431m.
The greyhound PATERSON performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 431m in a time of 26.05.
Trainer Mr. T Thompson was fined $200 for Non Production of Registration papers for VICKI ROSE HI, HOLLYWOOD ROSE HI, MAL ROSE HI and RODGER ROSE HI.
LEIGH’S MIMSEAL and TRANSMEDIA were best to begin. QUALITY BOND was slow to begin. Shortly after the start OUR GOLD shifted out hampering both TIBETAN DREAM and VELOCITY HILDA. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion TIBETAN DREAM checked off the heels of VELOCITY HILDA forcing TIBETAN DREAM wider on the track. Through the 1st turn QUALITY BOND checked off the heels of STARBURST JEFF. Through the top turn VELOCITY HILDA checked off the heels of STARBURST JEFF.
MR. REALITY was fractious at the start resulting in that greyhound being slow away. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion MR. REALITY shifted out hampering BED OF NAILS and GOOD BYE JOAN, resulting in that greyhound being taken wider on the track. Through the 1st turn HELLO JOAN checked off the heels of MR. REALITY. Shortly after SKINNY MIN checked off the heels of HELLO JOAN. UNIQUE RECALL raced wide throughout the home straight.
Race 3 – 5th
Grade 431m
WENEREX, JAHIMIA and CANDY CRUSH were all best to begin. Through the 1st turn JAHIMIA and CANDY CRUSH bumped. Entering the back straight NOT WORTH IT checked off the heels of SPRING CHOICE, resulting in that greyhound losing ground. Through the top turn SPRING CHOICE checked off the heels of MISS CHARM. Entering the home straight MISS CHARM and SPRING CHOICE bumped. In the home straight JAHIMIA shifted out bumping CANDY CRUSH.
The greyhound MISS CHARM was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. Trainer P Yates advised stewards that the greyhound may not have been up to this class of track and will continue racing MISS CHARM at Bundaberg.
Race 4 – 5th
Grade 520m
EBONY’S SECRET was slow to begin. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion MINI OREO, KIRI BELLE, RAGING THUNDER and CHEVALEIR NUIT all raced tight, resulting in MINI OREO and RAGING THUNDER losing ground. Through the 1st turn JEEPSTER shifted out bumping BEAT THE BULLET, resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced. Entering the back straight KIRI BELLE checked off the heels of CHEVALEIR NUIT, resulting in BEAT THE BULLET being checked and losing ground.
The greyhound MINI OREO was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
The greyhound RAGING THUNDER was vetted and found to be suffering the thumps and no further action was taken.
Race 5 – 4/5th
Grade 520m
LARA SAINT and ANOA’I were best to begin. SPRING DREAM was slow to begin. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion ASTOUND YA shifted out bumping SERENE STAR, resulting in SPRING DREAM which was following to become checked and severely unbalanced. JUST LIKE TINA was also inconvenienced resulting in both greyhounds taking no further competitive part in the event. COSMIC PAULY raced wide throughout the event.
The greyhound JUST LIKE TINE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
The
greyhound SPRING DREAM was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days.
Stewards

COSMIC PAULY being hard to box at the start.
Stewards interviewed trainer Mr. D
Turley. After considering the matter
stewards advised Mr. Turley that the greyhound would be
required to be boxed by him and stewards would be giving the greyhound one more
chance in regards to being a ‘hard to box’ greyhound before the registration
papers are endorsed.
Race 6 – 4/5th
Grade 431m
ROYAL ALBERT was slow to begin. TITAN ASH and WILDASH WARRIOR bumped continuously through the 1st turn. Entering the back straight TITAN ASH shifted out hampering WILDASH WARRIOR and VICKI ROSE HI.
Race 7 – 3/4th Grade 431m
RYLEE’S ROULETTE was best to begin. LIL’ BIT SPARKY was slow to begin. Through the 1sdt turn RODGER ROSE HI, KATHIE’S FLASH and MAL ROSE HI all raced tight resulting in MAL ROSE HI, PIPELINE DREAM and LIL’ BIT SPARKY all being checked and losing ground.
Race 8 – 5th Grade 520m
FASHION ADVICE was slow to begin. POCAHONTAS was best to begin. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion MINNIE IMPACT checked off the heels of FASHION ADVICE. Through the 1st turn POCAHONTAS, TRU RYDER, SLAYER RETURN and HOLYWOOD ROSE HI all raced tight, resulting in all greyhounds becoming unbalanced and racing wider on the track. Entering the top turn BRAGA BAINE checked off the heels of MINNIE IMPACT.
Race 9 – 4/5th Grade 630m
PHANTOM REIGN was best to begin. STARGATE SYSTEM and SHE CAN DO were slow to begin. Through the front straight on the 1st occasion SMASHNIAK GOLD shifted out hampering PHANTOM REIGN.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 520m
MAKEALOT was best to begin. MISS JAX was fractious resulting in this greyhound beginning slowly. Shortly after the start STRAYA checked off the heels of TRAV’S MAGIC. Entering the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion MISS JAX checked off the heels of SHE’S A NIRO. Through the 1st turn KAWASAKI NINJA shifted out making heavy contact with SIVAMET, resulting in that greyhound becoming unbalanced. In the back straight STRAYA checked off the heels of SIVAMET.
The
greyhound SHE’S A NIRO was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
off side SHOULDER and was stood down for a period of 10 days.
