GENERAL

 

 

Race 1 – Maiden 431m

Even start with SHAYLOR SHANE slowly away.  Soon after the start KIRRA CHERIE and SHAYLOR BETTYLOU collided.  Approaching the turn into the back straight CARLTON CREW checked off the heels of KIRRA CHERIE.  Entering the turn into the back straight SHAYLOR BETTYLOU checked off the heels of KIRRA CHERIE causing SHAYLOR BETTYLOU to drop to the rear.  In the back straight and top turn TEETH GRIEF was wide.  Entering the home straight SHAYLOR BETTYLOU and KIRRA CHERIE collided.  In the home straight TECHNO LADY and TEETH GRIEF collided.

 

Race 2 – Maiden 431m

DASHING CHARGER and VELOCITY ELLE were best to begin with BUSH SPIIRT and SOCCER’S OFF slowly away.  Soon after the start DASH OF FAITH and CELESTIAL SELENE collided.  In the back straight SOCCER’S OFF was wide.  Entering the top turn DASHING CHARGER checked off the heels of VELOCITY ELLE causing DASHING CHARGER to check CAZORLA with DASHING CHARGER taking no further competitive part in the event.  In the home straight CAZORLA was wide.

 

The greyhound DASHNG CHARGER was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the near hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

 

Race 3 – Novice 431m

Even start with SPRING MORNING and MOONSTONE MAGIC slowly away.  Soon after the start FARMOR OFF TAP and HELLO JOAN collided.  Entering the back straight ANNIE ELLEN checked off the heels of MOONSTONE MAGIC causing ANNIE ELLEN to drop back.  In the back straight QUEEN OF SHOW was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight MOONSTONE MAGIC checked off the heels of PROTO PENNY.  On the top turn and home straight QUEEN OF SHOW was wide.

 

Race 4 – Novice 431m

SIZE WONT MATTER and SPRING AGUSTUS were best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight MACADAM, SCAR’S BROTHER and SNUBBING UNIT all collided forcing MACADAM wide into the back straight.  Entering the turn out of the back straight PEBBLE BAY checked off the heels of MACADAM. On the top turn MACADAM was wide.  In the home straight MACADAM and SCAR’S BROTHER were wide.

 

Race 5 – 4/5th Grade Heat 1 413m

RYLI’S RAMBO was best to begin with SPIKE BENZ and ROYAL ALBERT slowly away.  Soon after the start AUSPHIL GIRL, MIGHTY OAK and ROCK ON ROLLA all collided causing MIGHTY OAK to check SPECIAL VIRTUE.  Entering the back straight AUSPHIL GIRL and MIGHTY OAK collided.  In the back straight SPIKE BENZ was wide.  In the home straight SPIKE BENZ was wide.

 

Race 6 – 4/5th Grade Heat 2 431m

BASHFUL BABE was best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  In the back straight SAVE US and SUNDAY SUNRISE were wide.  On the top turn SAVE US was wide.  Entering the home straight SAVE US checked off the heels of GRAVITY WOLF.  In the home straight BASHFUL BABE and GRAVITY WOLF were wide.

 

The greyhound SAVE US was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the near fore toe and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

 

Race 7 – 5th Grade Final 431m

LONESOME DUK and TUKULA were best to begin with MISS OLYMPIA slowly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight BIG WINSTON and SPRING CHOICE collided forcing BIG WINSTON wide.  In the back straight RUSTY’S IMAGE and BRALYN BAUPLE collided.  Entering the turn out of the back straight LONESOME DUK checked off the heels of TUKULA.  In the home straight RUSTY’S IMAGE was wide.

 

Race 8 – 4/5th Grade 520m

DIRTY DESSA and GIGGLING BEACH were best to begin with SHE CAN DO slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight AMY’S ELITE, GIGGLING BEACH and WAIKARIE WARRIOR collided forcing WAIKARIE WARRIOR wide.  On the turn out of the back straight MR.REALITY and DEEP DESPAIR collided.  In the back straight WAIKARIE WARRIOR was wide.  On the top turn and home straight SHE CAN DO was wide.

 

The greyhound WAIKARIE WARRIOR was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 9 – 4/5th Grade Heat 3 431m

MAYWYN WEALTH was best to begin with BRALYN AMY slowly away.  Soon after the start COOGAN’S REGRET and BOO BOO CHILD collided.  Entering the back straight SNAKE GULLY checked off the heels of BOO BOO CHILD.  In the back straight BOO BOO CHILD was wide.  Entering the top turn COOGAN’S REGRET checked off the heels of BRALYN AMY causing COOGAN’S REGRET to drop back checking SNAKE GULLY.  In the home straight TARA MARRIE was wide.

 

Race 10 – 4/5th Grade Heat 4 431m

QUE SERA and ALLEZ DE BRAVE were best to begin with NOT WORTH IT slowly away.  Soon after the start QUE SERA and ALLEZ DE BRAVE collided causing ALLEZ DE BRAVE to check THREADS and LADY GOLDENPAW.  On the turn into the back straight ROCKY BENZ checked off the heels of ALLEZ DE BRAVE, causing LADY GOLDENPAWA to check off the heels of ALLEZ DE BRAVE, checking GOD ONLY KNOWS.  In the back straight THREADS and BLACK STREET BOY collided causing BLACK STREET BOY to check ALLEZ DE BRAVE.  Entering the turn out of the back straight ROCKY BENZ checked off the heels of BLACK STREET BOY.  On the top turn and home straight THREADS was wide.  Approaching the winning post LADY GOLDENPAW and ALLEZ DE BRAVE collided.
