GENERAL

 

 

Race 1 – Maiden Heat 1 520m

TRANSMEDIA was best to begin with HOUDINI HI and HANK MOODY slowly away.  On the turn out of the home straight DASH OF FAITH and HOUDINI HI collided with TRANSMEDIA wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight HANK MOODY checked off the heels of DASH OF FAITH.  Entering the home straight MYSTIC HAWK checked off the heels of DASH OF FAITH.  In the home straight TRANSMEDIA was wide.

 

The greyhound DASH OF FAITH was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 2 – Maiden Heat 2 520m

SHEZA MINI SIZE was best to begin with MADE TO RAINE slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight HESA BIRD checked off the heels of SHEZA MINI SIZE causing SHEZA MINI SIZE to shift out checking CARLTON CREW forcing CARLTON CREW wide onto the turn.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight HESA BIRD checked off the heels of CARLTON CREW.  In the home straight HESA BIRD and GO BLACK BIDDY were wide.

 

Race 3 – Novice 431m

MAJOR LACHY and NITRO KNOCKA were best to begin with MY MATE LING slowly away.  Entering the back straight SHELIA DOOLEY checked off the heels of NITRO KNOCKA causing SHELIA DOOLEY to check ANNIE ELLEN to cause that greyhound to falter and take no further competitive part in the event.  In the back straight NITRO KNOCKA was wide.  In the home straight MAJOR LACHY was wide.

 

Race 4 – Novice 520m

GORILLA EYES was best to begin with GUN LEGACY slowly away.  Soon after the start GUN LEGACY crossed to the outside of the track.  On the turn out of the home straight on the 1st occasion BIG BAGO and BY GOLLY MOLLY collided with GUN LEGACY wide.  In the back straight KIKEM SPRINGER checked off the heels of SCAR’S BROTHER with GUN LEGACY wide in the back and home straights.

 

Race 5 – Novice 520m

MAGIC SPARKLE was best to begin with ALPHA PLUTO, HIGHLY SEDUCTIVE and SHE CAN DO slowly away.  On the turn out of the home straight ALPHA PLUTO and HIGHLY SEDUCTIVE collided with SHE CAN DO wide in the back straight.  Entering the turn out of the back straight SAPPHIRE LILLY and GALWAY GALE collided.  On the turn out of the back straight HIGHLY SEDUCTIVE and ALPHA PLUTO collided.  In the home straight ALPHA PLUTO was wide.

 

The greyhound SAPPHIRE LILLY was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

 

Race 6 – 4/5th Grade 431m

MR. ELEGANT was best to begin with VELOCITY AMY very slowly away.  Approaching the turn into the back straight MR. ELEGANT and MAGIC GALO collided causing MAGIC GALO to check ARABIAN MELODY and RUSTY’S IMAGE, causing RUSTY’S IMAGE to check MAYWYN’S ACE.  In the back straight RUSTY’S IMAGE was wide.  On the turn out of the back straight VELOCITY AMY checked off the heels of RUSTY’S IMAGE.  In the home straight VELOCITY AMY and RUSTY’S IMAGE were wide.

 

Race 7 – 5th Grade Heat 1 520m

TEMNICK was best to begin with MAYWYN’S COPY slowly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight GLOBAL DEEJAY checked off the heels of MEMGEEBEE causing MEMGEEBEE to check TEMNICK who in turn forced OCTOBER SPRING wide.  In the back straight OCTOBER SPRING was wide.  On the top turn MEMGEEBEE checked off the heels of TEMNICK causing MEMGEEBEE to check OCTOBER SPRING.

 

The greyhound MEMGEEBEE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 8 – 5th Grade Heat 2 520m

SO SWANKY was best to begin with AEROPLANE JACK slowly away.  Soon after the start OUR GOLD and FYRE GAL collided.  Entering the turn out of the home straight AEROPLANE JACK and SPRING OUT collided.  On the turn out of the home straight BRALYN COOKIE checked off the heels of SO SWANKY causing BRALYN COOKIE to check AEROPLANE JACK and SPRING OUT forcing OUR GOLD wide.  In the back straight OUR GOLD was wide.  Entering the home straight BRALYN COOKIE, SPRING OUT and OUR GOLD all raced wide and all collided.  In the home straight OUR GOLD was wide.

 

Race 9 – 5th Grade 431m

RYLI’S RAMBO and MAYWYN WEALTH were best to begin with EARNING slowly away.  Entering the turn into the back straight BLACK STREET BOY and CANDY CRUSH collided.  In the back straight BLACK STREET BOY was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight SPRING CHOICE and RYLI’S RAMBO collided causing RYLI’S RAMBO to drop back sharply.  In the home straight BLACK STREET BOY and CANDY CRUSH collided.

 

The greyhound RYLI’S RAMBO was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 10 – 5th Grade 431m

HANSON COSMOS and RYLI’S RANGA were best to begin with BOO BOO CHILD slowly away.  Soon after the start NOTTA ALOTA and BONNIE’S DREAM collided causing BONNIE’S DREAM to check BOO BOO CHILD.  Entering the back straight BONNIE’S DREAM checked off the heels of FARMOR OFF TAP with BOO BOO CHILD wide into the back straight.  Entering the top turn SHE’S TOO HOT and WINNING NOVA collided.  Entering the home straight NOTTA ALOTA checked off the heels of FARMOR OFF TAP causing NOTTA ALOTA to check SHE’S TOO HOT.

 

The greyhound SHE’S TOO HOT was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
