Even start. Soon after the start TENTHILL TIGER, TWICE COOKED and BOMBAY ROLLER collided. Entering the back straight GALWAY THUNDER and TENTHILL TIGER collided causing TENTHILL TIGER to check DASH OF FAITH. In the back straight NAT MAN was wide. On the top turn GALWAY THUNDER checked off the heels of BOMBAY ROLLER. In the home straight MCCAW MCCAW was wide.
The greyhound DASH OF FAITH was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
SPRING DODGER and TEETH GRIEF were best to begin with NINA ROSE HI and GO FOR HOME slowly away. Soon after the start DUBLIN DUCHESS checked off the heels of CARLTON CREW. Approaching the turn into the back straight TEETH GRIEF and SHAYLOR BETTYLO collided. On the turn into the back straight SOCIAL CLIMBER and DUBLIN DUCHESS collided. In the back straight SOCIAL CLIMBER, NINA ROSE HI and GO FOR HOME all collided causing NINA ROSE HI to fall. In the home straight SHAYLOR BETTYLOU turned its head outwards and marred TEETH GRIEF.
The greyhound NINA ROSE HI was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Cuneo that the greyhound SHAYLOR BETTYLOU would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks.

Even start with FOCUS ME and COUNTRY CYCLONE slowly away. Soon after the start MAJOR LACHY and BED OF NAILS collided. Entering the turn into the back straight MAJOR LACHY, QUEEN OF SHOW and SPRING BIG IRON all collided. In the back straight SPRING BIG IRON checked off the heels of MAJOR LACHY. On the top turn COUNTRY CYLONE was wide. In the home straight MAJOR LACHY was wide.
The greyhound MAJOR LACHY was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

YOWIE HUNTER was best to begin with GALWAY SUPERSTAR slowly away. Entering the turn into the back straight TRIER and MAYWYN MOOLA collided. In the back straight YOWIE HUNTER and MAYWYN MOOLA collided. On the top turn TRIER and YOWIE HUNTER collided causing YOWIE HUNTER to check MAYWYN MOOLA. In the home straight TRIER and YOWIE HUNTER collided.

GRAVITY WOLF was best to begin with SPECIAL VIRTUE slowly away. On the turn into the back straight SO SWANKY and HYPNOTIZED collided causing SO SWANKY to drop to the rear. In the back straight FARMOR MAYHEM was wide. Entering the home straight FARMOR MAYHEM and SO SWANKY collided. In the home straight OVER HERE was wide.
