The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

Race 4 DASHING DIME Injured in running, off side metacarpal, 10 days
The greyhound SHE MAYWYN performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 431m in a time of 26.44.
The greyhound MAYWYN EASILY performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 431m in a time of 26.07.
The greyhound MAYWYN’S GOLIATH performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.58.
The greyhound MAYWYN SENOR performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 2 over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.95.
RUFFY ROAD was slow to begin. Shortly after RUFFY ROAD checked off the heels of TONY’S A STAR. Approaching the 1st turn OLD HARRY ROCKS and TONY’S A STAR bumped resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced. Into the 1st turn FERNLEE STAR shifted out taking RAISE ’EM UP wider on the track. Rounding the home turn RUFFY ROAD improved onto the heels of HANK MOODY and lost ground. OLD HARRY ROCKS raced wide for the majority.
Even start. Into the 1st turn BLACK DASH was tightened for room and lost its position. Through the 1st turn there was tightening between FIRE ALONG, DARCY’S FANTASY, MAYWYN MOOLA and GOOD GESTURE resulting in DARCY;S FANTASY and MAYWYN MOOLA losing ground. Leaving the 1st turn FIRE ALONG was hampered and forced wider. GOOD GESTURE which was racing to its outside also lost ground. SCAR’S BROTHER, FIRE ALONG, MAYWYN MOOLA and MAYWYN NEVER all raced wide in the straight.

3 – Novice 520m
ARABELLA and EL MUFASA were both slowest to begin. In the run into the 1st turn KINLOCH BEACH and DEMOLITION JAZ were tightened, both losing their positions. Through the 1st turn KINLOCH BEACH and ARABELLA both raced tight and bumped on several occasions. Approaching the back turn ARABELLA was tightened for room and lost ground. EL MUFASA raced wide throughout the event.

4 – 5th Grade 431m
PACIFIC CHAMP was best to begin. Shortly after DASHING DIME, MISTER SISTER and MURBAH GOLD all raced tight. MURBAH GOLD lost its position. Through the 1st turn there was tightening between MAURITIAN MAYHEM, MISTER SISTER, SMART HORNET and TARA MARRIE resulting in MISTER SISTER and TARA MARRIE both being checked. Approaching the back turn KING SIZED was inconvenienced and lost ground.
The greyhound DASHING DIME was
vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the off side metacarpal and was
stood down for a period of 10 days.

5 – 4/5th Grade 520m
FAR FROM FEAR was best to begin and CY TOLLIVER was slowest. Shortly after REMO DANCER checked off the heels of BEAR FOR BREAKY. Through the 1st turn CY TOLLIVER checked off the heels of BEAR FOR BREAKY resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. Leaving the 1st turn MINI OREO shifted out checking BEAR FOR BREAKY, both greyhounds lost ground. In the back straight REMO DANCER was checked off the heels of CY TOLLIVER and lost ground. BEAR FOR BREAKY raced wide for the majority.

6 – 5th Grade 520m
HER FAULT and KNIGHTS TEMPLAR were slow to begin. Approaching the back turn SUITE ALEXIS improved onto the heels of HER FAULT and lost ground. SUITE ALEXIS and MAYWYN’S COPY both raced wide for the majority.
The greyhound KNIGHTS TEMPLAR was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

7 – 3/4th Grade 431m
Even start. Through the 1st turn there was tightening between HEZ SO FAST, MAYWN ZILCH, FEARLESS DUK and ARABIAN MELODY, resulting in HEZ SO FAST, FEARLESS DUK and ARABIAN MELODY all being checked losing their positions. BIG DAC which was following was inconvenienced and forced wider in this incident. HEZ SO FAST raced wide over the final stages.

8 – 5th Grade Final 520m
JUST LIKE TINA was best to begin. CRANKSHAFT, VEGAS BOUND, BLUE HOUDINI and DOWN THEY CAME were all slow. Into the 1st turn CRANKSHAFT checked off the heels of DOWN THEY CAME losing ground and racing wide from that point. Approaching the back turn VEGAS BOUND was tightened and lost ground. RUSTY’S IMAGE raced wide for the majority.

9 – 5th Grade 431m
FYRE GAL was slow to begin. Through the 1st turn there was tightening between TARMAC BLACK, BULL TITAN, LONESOME DUK, ALEEAH JET and RYLI’S RANGA resulting in BULL TITAN losing its position and LONESOME DUK being severely checked losing considerable ground. Leaving the 1st turn TASER SHOCK checked off the heels of RYLI’S RANGA. Approaching the back turn TASER SHOCK improved onto the heels of RYLI’S RANGA resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. TASER SHOCK and RYLI’S RANGA both raced wide for the majority.

10 – 5th Grade 431m
Even start. Through the 1st turn GRAVITY WOLF checked off the heels of KING’S GEM and NEER ENDS checked off the heels of IMA COWBOY, resulting in that greyhound losing ground. Approaching the back turn GRAVITY WOLF shifted in tightening HER STORY causing it to lose ground. MR. HOPPINS and IMA COWBOY which were following were inconvenienced in this incident. ULTIMATE STAR raced wide throughout.
