Even start with MAYWYN SENOR and AGUERO TEXADA slow to begin. On the 1st turn after the start CYNO CANDY shifted in tightening DODGY DANCER onto PARTY VILLAGE, in turn onto SHAYLOR BETTYLOU, in turn onto PROMISES BLUE, resulting in all these greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground. SLAINTE and AGUERO TEXADA also suffered interference as a result. MAYWYN SENOR checked off the heels of CYNO CANDY and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to PARTY VILLAGE. MAYWYN SENOR checked across the heels of DODGY DANCER entering the back straight. DODGY DANCER and MAYWYN SENOR collided in the back straight. DODGY DANCER and MAYWYN SENOR raced wide in the home straight.
The greyhound MAYWYN SENOR was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. M Cuneo that the greyhound SHAYLOR BETTYLOU would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks.
ZABDON PRADA was best to begin. CYNO SPOT shifted in and bumped ELITE BLUE BOY shortly after the start resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. BEAR and DASHING TEXADA bumped on the turn into the back straight. SHE MAYWYN checked off the heels of DUSTY WAY and lost considerable ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to CYNO SPOT and GO FOR HOME. BEAR shifted out on the turn into the front straight bumping DASHING TEXADA out onto DUSTY WAY, resulting in DUSTY WAY and DASHING TEXADA losing considerable ground. DASHING TEXADA and GO FOR HOME bumped heavily entering the front straight.
The greyhound SHY MAYWYN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

3 – Novice 431m
GOOD GESTURE was best to begin. STEALTH FIGHTER and COUTA GODDESS bumped on the turn into the front straight. CARLTON CREW and GOOD GESTURE bumped entering the front straight.
The greyhound GOOD GESTURE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

4 – Novice 431m
TEETH GRIEF was best to begin. Shortly after the start TECHNO LADY shifted out and SCAR’S BROTHER shifted in resulting in LEGACY CHIEF, FAMOUS FOR FUN and SPRING MORNING being tightened for racing room and losing ground. SCAR’S BROTHER, LEGACY CHIEF and FAMOUS FOR FUN bumped on the turn into the back straight, resulting in interference to SPRING MORNING. TECHNO LADY and DASHING CHARGER bumped in the back straight. TECHNO LADY checked off the heels of DASHING CHARGER and lost ground on the turn out of the back straight. LEGACY CHIEF and TECHNO LADY bumped approaching the turn into the front straight. TECHNO LADY raced wide in the front straight.

5 –5th Grade 431m
HECTORMALEE was best to begin. SPRING DODGER and CAP GUN bumped shortly after the start. PREMIER BEAR bumped DOOHAN TIME approaching the turn after the start, resulting in DOOHAN TIME becoming unbalanced and shifting in and bumping PURELY PENNY. MINI OREO shifted in on the turn into the back straight bumping PREMIER BEAR in onto DOOHAN TIME. CAP GUN checked off the heels of PURELY PENNY and lost ground back onto DOOHAN TIME. ALPHA MIMOS and PREMIER BEAR raced wide in the back straight.
The greyhound MINI OREO was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the near side pin and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

6 – 5th Grade 431m
INSIDE PASS was best to begin. FYRE GAL, HOT LIKE SUNSET and SPRING RAYMOND were slow to begin. ON TIGHT LINES, TOURMALINE and BEAR FORE BREAKY bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to INSIDE PASS and SPRITE AND POWER. SPRITE AND POWER checked off the heels of SPRING RAYMOND and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. SPRING RAYMOND raced wide in the back straight.
The greyhound HOT LIKE SUNSET was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. Stewards advised trainer Mr. D Turley that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 71 Unsatisfactory Performance, must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial 431m all tracks prior to nominating. Mr. Turley advised he was only not satisfied with the greyhound’s performance.

7 – 5th Grade Final 431m
Even start with SPECIAL VIRTUE slow to begin. KLOEIS PRIDE checked off the heels of COST A QUID and lost some ground on the 1st turn after the start. RYLEE’S RING IN and HARA’S SAMUEL bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in RYLEE’S RING IN losing ground. SPECIAL VIRTUE checked off the heels of CHARLIE SPRITE and lost some ground on the turn out of the back straight. RYLEE’S RING IN raced wide in the back straight. RYLEE’S RING IN and COST A QUID raced wide in the front straight.

8 – 4/5th Grade 520m
SMASHNIAK MARS was best to begin. GATE SLINGER checked off the heels of LORRY DRYVA on the turn out of the front straight on the 1st occasion resulting in GATE SLINGER becoming unbalanced, shifting out bumping SPRING SHANGHAI and causing that greyhound to become unbalanced and race wide. HER FAULT and SMASHNIAK MARS bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in some inconvenience to HER FAULT. SMASHNIAK MARS checked off the heels of LORRY DRYVA on the turn into the back straight. HER FAULT checked off the heels of SMASHNIAK MARS and lost some ground on the turn out of the back straight. GATE SLINGER in the back straight.
Race 9 – 5th Grade 431m
The start of this race was delayed one minute due to interstate harness racing.
THAT’S INSANE, GUNNADOO RAIDER, SPRING IT ON and ONE WON’T HURT were all slow to begin. SPRING IT ON und ONE WON’T HURT bumped shortly after the start. SPRING IT ON checked across the heels of MIDNIGHT HUNTER resulting in SPRING IT ON becoming unbalanced, shifting out bumping heavily with ONE WON’T HURT who lost considerable ground as a result entering the back straight. HE SAID YES checked off the heels of SPRING IT ON approaching the turn out of the back straight. THAT’S INSANE and ONE WON’T HURT bumped in the front straight. SPRING IT ON, MIDNIGHT HUNTER and ONE WON’T HURT raced wide in the back straight.

10 – Masters 431m
NORTHERNETTE was best to begin. NOT WORTH IT and ROYAL ALBERT were slow to begin. SURFING FRED, DAYSEAS COSMO and NOIR DIABLO bumped on the turn into the back straight resulting in DAYSEAS COSMO becoming unbalanced losing ground as well as NOIR DIABLO. NOT WORTH IT checked off the heels of SURFING FRED and lost considerable ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to NOIR DIABLO.
