Race 1 - LADBROKES MATES MODE POTS MAIDEN (1) 352m

8 Austrian Rose – Faltered in its action rounding the home turn taking no further competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside pin muscle and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 2 - LADBROKES ODDS SURGE MAIDEN (2) 352m

2 Agile Boy – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request that revealed no apparent abnormalities.

Race 3 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 352m

1 Grandiose Girl – Turned in the boxes and as a result came out a distant last, taking no competitive part in the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no apparent abnormalities. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Reg Hazelgrove regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at box rise. After reviewing the race footage and acting on their own observations, Stewards invoked GAR106(1) Turning in the starting boxes and advised Mr Hazelgrove that Grandoise Girl must trial prior to racing next.

Race 5 - LADBROKES SAME RACE MULTI 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 352m

Race 6 - SKY RACING 5TH GRADE HEAT 3 GRADE 5 352m

2 Sorella – (Beaten favourite) Marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels shortly after the start.

Race 7 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MIXED 3/4 352m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 8 - GORSKI SEMI TIPPERS FFA 352m

2 Burrum Rose – Dragged down by another runner rounding the first turn losing considerable ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hip and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

Race 9 - LADBROKES SRM IN MULTIS 5TH GRADE HEAT 4 GRADE 5 352m

7 Taabinga Tiger – Checked off heels rounding the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside front toe and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 21 days.

Race 10 - ONE TURN RACING @ THE Q 5TH GRADE HEAT 5 GRADE 5 352m

3 Hara’s Buddy – Late scratching at 2:24 pm pursuant to GAR 76(2) when trainer Les Lewis reported that his vehicle had broken down on route to the course. The greyhound was scratched Steward’s permission with proof of breakdown obtained to Steward’s satisfaction.

10 Bella Luna – Late scratching at 2:01 pm pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the veterinarian found a nearside hip-support injury during kennelling. The greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 11 – SEN TRACK MA5 (1) 352m

No matters of concern to Stewards.

Race 12 - LADBROKES PUNTER ASSIST MA5 (2) 352m

2 Uno Cha Cha – Checked off heels rounding the first turn and lost ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the offside hindleg and under the provisions of GAR41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.
