The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.
Race 1 LEADFOOT TANNER

Race 9 ELEANOR BENZ Injured in running, near side shoulder, humanely
euthanised
RUBY BELTAH was slow to begin. Near the catching pen IMMA RIPPA and FARMOR EL DORADO checked causing IMMA RIPPA to lose ground. Near the 630m boxes LAKODA MAGIC checked off the heels of LEADFOOT TANNER causing LEADFOOT TANNER to lose ground. LEADFOOT TANNER was vet checked but no apparent injury was found.
TOKYO SWIFT, RENO FERNANDO and NICKO FERNANDO were slow to begin. In the home straight HALFA checked off the heels of MACWIND and lost ground.
Race 3 – Novice 407m
OVERDRIVE SPEED was slow to begin. Shortly after the start DIXIE FERNANDO and PEEWEE JEANETTE checked causing both greyhounds to lose ground.
Race 4 – 5th
Grade 407m
GOLD PLATED was slow to begin. STARS ALIGN and FARMOR COMMAND checked near the catching pen and lost ground. GOLD PLATED raced extremely wide on the home turn. SHY LADY was vet checked but no apparent injury was found.
Race 5 – 4/5th
Grade 510m
WILDASH TAPPER was slow to begin. On the first turn TIME IS MONEY shifted out and checked LONG LONG TRAIN and WILDASH DUKE causing LONG LONG TRAIN and WILDASH DUKE to lose ground.
Race 6 – 4/5th
Grade 407m
No racing incidents to report.
Race 7 – 3/4th Grade 407m
FOCUS AND SPEED began well. Near the 630m boxes FARMOR SUPPORT shifted in and checked SURE YOU CAN and TRADE IN causing SURE YOU CAN to lose ground.
Race 8 – Open Final 510m
GUNSPEED and PLAY RITE checked shortly after the start. PLAY RITE shifted out on the first turn and checked SALT LAKE CITY.
Race 9 – 5th Grade 407m
OLD CROONER and TRIGGER checked shortly after the start at the rear of the field. Near the catching pen RODEO CLOWN checked off BITE ME TYSON causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Near the 630m boxes FARMOR ELECTRIC and ELEANOR BENZ came together causing ELEANOR BENZ to check and fall. SHAYLOR TAMMY was inconvenienced by this incident.
ELEANOR BENZ was vet checked and was found to have sustained a broken shoulder and was humanely euthanised.
Race 10 – 5th Grade 407m
OUTLAW CHARLIE, JOIE ECLAT and KELLY BENZ all checked shortly after the start. In the back straight WILDASH REV and VELOCITY PEARL checked causing VELOCITY PEARL to lose ground.
