Stewards spoke to Ben Davey when he presented the greyhound Catching Rays with the incorrect rug Mr Davey was issued a reprimand acting under GAR 156(f)(ii) for being negligent

7. Zipping Parker – Tightened on the first turn. shifted wider entering the back straight. Checked off heels on the second turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. |

Race 6 - DYNAMIC REFRIGERATION MIXED 3/4 407m |

6. Beryl’s Pride – stewards questioned trainer Mr Darren Taylor regarding the greyhounds actions near the finishing line. After reviewing all evidence & video replay’s stewards could not be satisfied that it was before the finishing line and no further action was taken. |

8. Selective Style – Checked on the first turn. checked entering the back straight and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed nearside and offside hind webbing lacerations, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next. |
