WEATHER – FINE TRACK RATING – SAND

Race 1: BARCALDINE RACE CLUB HANDICAP- 1000 metres

CRYSTAL MATES- Raced wide throughout.

STRATEGIC WEAPON – Laid in under pressure in the home straight.

SCHWEIZ- Bounded on jumping and lost considerable ground.

WIGPOOL- Late scratching at 12:00pm when no rider was available.


Race 2: BARCALDINE RACE CLUB CLASS 2 HANDICAP- 1100 metres

GAMBACCINI – Raced wide throughout. Raced greenly in the early stages of the home straight.

FELTON PHANTOM- Attempted to buck shortly after start. Trainer B Richardson was advised that a warning would be placed on the geldings racing manners.

ZAHA DREAM- Jumped away awkwardly.


Race 3: BARCALDINE RACE CLUB CLASS B HANDICAP- 1300 metres

GIVE IT BERRIES- Made contact with another runner on jumping.

SPINTHESONY- Jumped away awkwardly and made contact with another runner.

SWEENEY- Blundered on jumping.

PINTERRA- Raced wide middle stages. Hampered at the 250m.

DIAMOND RUSH- Slow to muster speed. Dipped at the 1100 metres. Shifted in under pressure at the 250m hampering another runner.

Race 4: BARCALDINE RACE CLUB BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP - 1600 metres

MAGIC WALTZ- Raced wide throughout.

CLASPED- Raced wide throughout.

SPIRIT OF MANY- Slow to muster speed.

STANDOVER- Over raced early for a majority of the race.
