Trainer Bill Trimble reported Lunar Command may have been in season and will be freshened up.

Race 1: CFMEU Jellinbah Lodge Open Handicap- 900 metres

HAYYLER’S DRAGON- Slow to begin.

HEARTY CLANG- At the start, made contact with another runner.

BJORN- At the start, made contact with another runner.

Race 2: T & J Whitehouse BM 55- 900 metres

Due to transport difficulties Apprentice Z White was late to arrive on course.

FAST AND THORNY- Slow to begin. Rider reported that shortly after the start, the gelding resented the kick back and raced at the rear of the field.

TANZANITE LUCK- Slow to begin.

MOKKIE MAGIC- Raced three wide without cover.

Race 3: Wesfarmers Curragh’s Community Contribution Framework QTIS Maiden Plate- 900 metres

GOIN’ FOR BROKE- Slow to begin.

MAGIC WELL- Slow to begin.

DRAG WAY- A little slow to begin. Leaving 600 metres, hung out slightly and took COMPULSIVE ROCKET (M. Haley) and REGGIE ROCKET (C. McIver) wider on the track.

GENTLY GUIDED- Jumped out and lost some ground.

Race 4: S. T Olive & Sons Dingo Cup BM 65 Handicap- 1200 metres

BORN TO SURVIVE- Slow into stride.

RED BOHEMIA- Slow to begin and raced wide without cover throughout.

CHERISHTHETHOUGHT- Trainer S Sigvart was fined $100 for late declaration of C. McIver as rider.

Race 5: Jellinbah Mine Class B Handicap- 1200 metres

DECLINED- When Jockey T. O’Hara was dually engaged, Stewards permitted S McCullum to be the replacement rider. Jockey O’Hara was advised to confirm her riding engagements.
A pre-race veterinary inspection cleared the gelding to start after its engagement at Rockhampton on Thursday. Public announcements to this effect were made.

SUNDAY SAGA- Slow into stride.

SMALL CHANGE- Began awkwardly.
