Race 1: Think Big Class B Handicap- 1517 metres

INFINITE MISS- Stood flat-footed and lost some ground.

MISHANI ALLEGRA- Raced wide without cover throughout.

MR. ROCKARD- Raced ungenerously in the early stages and hung out from near the 1200 metres to near the 1000 metres.

Race 2: Kingston Rule BM 55 Handicap- 1194 metres

Stewards accepted the reasons for Jockey C McIver’s late arrival on course.

HIS REDEMPTION- Slow into stride.

SET TO POUNCE- Raced wide without cover throughout.

RED BOHEMIA- A little slow to begin.

MAGIC TWIST- Raced wide without cover throughout.

Race 3: Light Fingers Maiden Plate- 1194 metres

CHAIN THE GATE- Lay in slightly during the middle stages.

BROKEN ELEMENT- During the middle stages, placed in restricted room when another runner lay inwards. Leaving the 300 metres, when another runner lay in abruptly, steadied and lost ground. Rider D. Evans advised to exercise more care and make a greater effort to keep his mounts from shifting.

Race 4: Let’s Elope Open Handicap - 850 metres

SCOT FREE- Began awkwardly.

ELIAZER- The reason for the late declaration of rider was accepted. Due to the circumstances with regard to riders at this meeting, App M McNelis was permitted to ride the gelding 1kg overweight.

Apprentice M Haley was reprimanded for failing to weight out with a surcingle.
