GENERAL
As apprentice J Williams (illness) was not attending today’s meeting, the following replacements were made:
Race 1. OUT OF LUCK – B Wheeler
Race 4. GRAECI – M Apel
Race 7. NORTHERN PRIDE – S Cormack
Stewards approved the following overweights:

E Bell (+1kg)
Race 6. J Stanley (+1/2kg)
L Tilley (+1kg)
Race 7. A Butler (+1/2kg)

As apprentice M Apel was having her first meeting back from injury, stewards permitted apprentice Apel to ride 1kg above her minimum riding weight in Race 7 as the race was a non-claiming race. Stewards also heard submissions from trainer R. Vale regarding the replacement rider for apprentice J. Williams, and due to the limited number of apprentices that would claim, steward’s approved Apprentice Apel as replacements and permitted her to only claim 0.5kg of her 1kg claim.
Multiple races today were delayed due to other interstate races being delayed on SKY Racing.
